A $100 million expansion of The Woodlands Mall will begin with a design process through 2024 with plans to have “shovels in the ground” by 2025. The expansion includes two new hotels with 30,000 square feet of conferencing space, 80,000 square feet of retail space and a parking garage with up to 1,200 stalls.
